Introduction:

The purpose of these terms is to set out the general terms and conditions for your use of the services, including your participation in surveys, panel or other research programs.

In some cases we shall run the surveys for our clients & in some cases our clients shall run surveys on TAP app/website on their own. We are the platform supplier, providing opportunities for panel members, to participate in surveys, other research programs and use other services.

In addition to the above, we may also manage incentives. Details regarding such incentive scheme can be found below.

What is a panel?

Short definition “panel” means the data base which includes all the panelists/panel members. But actually, panel is a platform where is a pre-recruited group of individuals who have agreed to take part in market research such as surveys or market research tracking service. In order to participate in a panel in market research, panelist/panel members generally share a large amount of demographic data, household data, and behavioral data during the registration process which can make recruitment for future market research studies easier. Participating in panel activities, the panelist/panel member also receives many different surveys, etc.

How to register into the panel?

If individuals intend to use panel services and become panelists/panel members, they must register with a panel site/app and provide various information and data about themselves. Individuals should participate in the panel recruitment survey floated on TAP app/website & provide information like- name, e-mail, postal code, year of birth, gender, etc. There shall be more questions which are part of panel recruitment survey.

If individuals or panelists/panel members have any questions, they can ask by e-mail panelhelp@tickledmedia.com

The most important thing is that information which individuals provide about themselves must be right, true, correct and complete.

If individuals provide information which may raise doubts, then permission to use panel services can be suspended at any time.

This registration process into panels is voluntary.

Important thing: panelists/panel members and respondents must be at least over 18 (eighteen) years old.

Why is it useful to register into the panel, participate in survey and what opportunities it opens up?

When individuals register into panels, they are described as panelists/panel members.

Panelists/panel members have opportunities to participate in surveys, market research, market research tracking service, public opinion polls, other market research activities (in this case they are described as respondents). They can freely, unrestricted and at easy express opinions.

The panelists/panel members get the below advantages:

Guaranteed points per activity or chance to win cash rewards
Entry in lucky draws (every quarter) to win cash
Get to try new cool products before even they are launched in the market
Furthermore, it is an opportunity to influence market decisions.
Referral bonus (coming soon)

Also, it is possible to receive messages and newsletters about panel news, statistics, offers, etc.

Participation in surveys, market research, public opinion polls, other market research activities is voluntary.

However, panelists/panel members and respondents may earn points, which can redeem for various rewards or cash. The earned points are personal, and panelists/panel members and respondents cannot transfer them to anybody else. At the beginning of a survey, other market research activities, respondents will receive information about the number of points/cash reward that is possible to earn. Respondents can earn points only for full completed interviews.

If panelists/panel members or respondents breach the terms you may lose all the points or incentives which they have earned.

Rewards process might be varied in each case, depending on the exact panel terms, panel owner terms, researcher conditions, the terms of the survey, etc.

Points value & redemption
